Ahhhh! Spring time in Vinoy. Nestled right along the bayfront in downtown St. Petersburg and the location pin for all our summer sunset photos, we’re so happy to host Florida’s primetime music event of our Spring weekends — The Tampa Bay Blues Festival, hitting the city April 10th through 12th, 2026, for a goated 30th anniversary (!!!) celebration. Three full days of world-class blues, waterfront views, and that laid-back Gulf Coast energy are coming your way — and this year might just be the biggest and best yet - well, we know it will be actually. Whether you’re a die-hard blues fan or a youngblood first-timer looking to experience the soul of the South, there’s no better place to be this spring than right here at Vinoy Park.
Started in 1995 with the mission of commemorating authentic blues the right way - bringing its power to Florida’s west coast - The Tampa Bay Blues Festival has since grown into one of the most respected events of its kind. Winning national awards, hosting legendary after-shows, and delivering unforgettable performances each year. It’s all set outdoors by the sea, where fans bring chairs, claim their grassy spot, and take in the music with a cold drink, a fresh plate of local seafood, and good company all around. It’s the kind of experience that feels like a vacation and a homecoming at the same time.
