Celebrating its 10th anniversary, it's set to be their biggest festival yet. As returning favorites such as Stick Figure, Rebelution, Slightly Stoopid, and many more continue to shake the energy right up, Reggae Rise Up Florida has become an annual tradition home to locals and fans who take the road trip for a dose of LIVE reggae music.
Though the official lineup is yet to come out, you can expect a star-studded roster of artists who continue to shape reggae music today. They're all set to KEEP THE VIBES ALIVE!
Since 2014, LNE Events has brought the reggae extravaganza to city, a two-day event that has since expanded into four awesome nights. Thursday through Sunday, over 20,000 people are expected to hit the park and witness electrifying performances of reggae and reggae-rock hits. Big names and new artists on the list, it's a communal experience of fans coming together to celebrate the iconic music right by the beach.
"I was spending a lot of time in St. Pete, and I was just kind of noticing the culture there," Live Nights Events CEO Vaughn Carrick shared with St. Pete Catalyst. "The fan base (for reggae) is pretty strong. And there’s kind of a beach culture there."
