Welp - you know what they say: when we’re in Florida and listening to Reggae, nothing will ruin our day! Reggae Rise Up Florida, our legendary, sun-kissed, bayfront celebration of all things reggae, rock, roots, and good vibes weekend rager is BACK for another iconic year, and the hype could not be more here! Situated right in the heart of Downtown of the city and serving as one of the most picturesque festival grounds in the entire country,we’re here at Vinoy Park once again, opening our arms up wide for a long weekend of Reggae music right here with all our besties and the boys - we can’t wait to see you in the crowd! And it IS March after all - so maybe this is your first festival of the 2026 concert season! And if so - welcome! We’re so happy to have you! Reggae Rise Up Florida got its start nearly a decade ago after its first attempt in Tampa back in 2014 — rained out but not defeated — before relocating to St. Petersburg in 2015 and becoming the powerhouse event it is today. And that move changed everything. From humble beginnings as a simple one-day gathering evolved into a four-day must go to festie that now attracts 15,000–20,000 people per day, pulls in millions for the locals here in the panhandle - and seen as one of the most important reggae-rock festivals in the United States - in the world! Built on a mission to bring reggae, roots, rock, and dancehall, the goal was alwaysto create a home for fans who live for sunshine, connection, and island energy — the festival has grown into a full lifestyle experience. We’re talking multiple stages, art installations, local vendors, beach breezes, and a community that shows up every single year like it’s a family reunion. Past lineups have been STACKED too — with alumni like Rebelution, Slightly Stoopid, SOJA, Dirty Heads, Damian Marley, Collie Buddz, Tribal Seeds, and even a mega-moment headliner combo from Sting & Shaggy. When you come to Rise Up, you’re stepping into reggae history.
